Nazarkulova

Nazarkulova entered the Kyrgyz State National University (KSNU), the Faculty of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics in 1989, and graduated with honors in 1994 and qualified as a mathematician.
After graduation, began working in the laboratory of optimal and adaptive control systems in the Institute of Automation as a programmer.
In 1995 she started to work as a leading specialist in the international department of the Committee on Science and New Technologies of the Ministry of Education and Science.
From April to December 1996, she studied in courses on remote sensing and geographic information systems at the Center for Space Science and Technology Education in Asia and the Pacific region under the auspices of the United Nations (Center for Space Science and Technology Education in Asia and Pacific (affiliated UN), Dehradun India. She graduated and received a diploma with honors. She did a pilot project "Decision support system for railway path selection between Rishikesh and Dehradun"
Teaching career began in 2002 at the department of "Software and computer systems" as a teacher. In 2003, she was transferred to the post of senior lecturer. From 2004 to 2007 she worked on her thesis, doing research and at the University of Salzburg, Austria.
In 2007 she defended her thesis on “Spatial Data Infrastructures: an SDI Framework for National Parks” and received the degree of Doctor of Science (Dr.rer.nat.).
Since 2008 she works at the department "Geodesy and Geoinformatics", as a docent is teaching and research activities.
