In 2003 he graduated from the Kyrgyz National University n/a J. Balasagyn , faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Cybernetics.
In 2009 he graduated with honors, with the specialty “Information calculating techniques, for Database   from the magistracy of KSUCTA n/a N.Isanov.
Candidate of the Department of «Mechanics» He is a Scientific adviser to Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Кутуев M.D.

Diplomas and awards:
1. Diploma of II degree for active participation in the competition of young scientists for the best scientific-research work, conducted by the First Forum of the young scientists of the KYRGYZ Republic.
2. Diploma for participation in the contest «The best innovative educational-methodical complex of educational programs on the basis of competence approach to higher education institutions of the KYRGYZ Republic».
He has participated in the following projects:

  1. «Exchange of the library-information resources between University libraries of Kyrgyzstan» KYRLIBNET-UM-JEP-26219-2005 TEMPUS - TACIS (in partnership with France) on the basis of which «Electronic library of KSUCTA» was created.
  2. «Study of the development and introduction of the system of computer terminology in the state language» during the course of implementation of this project, package of language interface with Windows 7 and Office 2010 was transferred.
  3. >He has licenses and certificates of «Teachers for civil society», «School teaching skills of Public Fund Academy of Higher Education «TeachEx», «Open Source Technologies (Linux, Apache, My SQL, PHP)»  of  the Indo-Kyrgyz Center of Information Technologies KSUCTA n/a N. Isanova .
  4. He is the author of 5 scientific articles and two methodical instructions for laboratory work for students, of the specialty 520502.01 - Linguistics and new information technologies on the discipline «The programming Language turbo Pascal 7.0» and on the discipline «System software for computers».
