In 1993 graduated with honors Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture named  N. Isanov. Teaching career began at the Economics and Management in Construction Department. In 1997 finished postgraduate course with dissertation thesis: “Economic evaluation of projects in the context of a market economy”.
In 1998 invited to the Acting Head of the World Economy Department position. A year later transferred to Head the only organized the Assessment and Management Department of the Institute of Innovation Professions KSUCTA, where is working till present time.
Were opened three new specialties: "Expertise and Management of the Property" (2001) and "Crisis Management" (2003) and a new direction "Land management and cadastre" (2012).
Was awarded a diploma of the Ministry of State Property for active participation in the development of standards of evaluating the property, which should be compulsory subjects of assessment activities in the Kyrgyz Republic, based on international standards, assessment, and effective work in the field of evaluation.
Has been involved in the international project “Extending Centres on the Bologna Process and supporting aftermarket teams of Kyrgyz Republic” of the Tempus TO57A06-KYR, under which participated in the development of training programs on "Management", on the directions of the “Construction”, “Architecture”. For achievements awarded the title of “Excellence in education of the Kyrgyz Republic.”
Research interest is the Problem of Economic Growth and Development. Had an internship in the United States, Hungary, Italy, Russia. Author of 50 published works including four training manuals under the Ministry of Education and Science. Head of master students and undergraduates.
